WHO IS RMF TRAINING FOR?
If you’re struggling to find work, no matter how long you have been unemployed, one course is all it takes. We provide training for industries with huge labour demand, consistently good pay and ample progression opportunities
SEEKING A CAREER CHANGE?
Stepping away from your current job to try something new can be daunting, and there is often a financial barrier to the training you need to make that move. That’s why our courses are free and include employment support.
HOME AND FOOD INSECURITIES?
You might not be thinking about training when you don’t have a fixed address or food on the table, but RMF commits to helping the most vulnerable in our communities. We can support you with transport, accommodation and general supplies while you train.
HAVE A CONVICTION?
A criminal record can be a difficult obstacle to overcome. We welcome those with spent and unspent convictions to train with us and move on into a better life, thanks to our network of social value employers.
Adapting to life after serving your country can be tough. RMF makes training and employment accessible post-discharge, offering much needed assistance including resettlement services and occupational health assessments.
TRAINING IN CUSTODY
We work with 28 prisons across the UK to deliver training via the Prison Education Framework (PEF). Our courses are designed to make sure that prisoners can access opportunities as soon as they’re Through the Gate, across a variety of roles
