Our community programmes are delivered on our main Training site

RMF’s high-quality training facilities and resources, which are robustly supported by its extensive employer links, allow the company to offer residents from socially disadvantaged backgrounds across the West Midlands, a real pathway into sustainable employment with heightened wage potential. RMF’s training offer enables each individual to learn & progress in its wide-ranging availability of resources including the opportunity of real work experience whilst training on its live 22-acre purpose-built training site and extensive range of plant machinery.

All training is employer led to ensure that industry needs and demands are met and that there is a clear pathway for learners from the beginning to the end of their journey and this support continues for them beyond sustainable employment.

Our innovative simulation-based training, involves the use of computer software to model a real-world construction plant scenario. Candidates are taught how to perform certain tasks or activities in various real-world scenarios, so they are best prepared for the working environment.

Simulation training usually involves interacting with a technology. Our immersive simulator cabs are highly realistic simulation of construction plant operation, where instruments and controls look, feel and operate as they do in the real thing and our state-of-the-art simulation software automatically initiates the correct simulation scenario.
