Resettlement Services

We run and support a wide range of training and resettlement programmes in custody and in the community working closely with HM Prisons and Probation, major resettlement services providers and other third sector organisations.

Our CFO3 Programme

Funded by Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and part funded by the European Social Fund. RMF works in partnership with Ixon in central England and Ingenus in Midlands for this programme.

We deliver CFO3 in the East Midlands, West Midlands, and Central England- is a voluntary programme supported by Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).  RMF working in partnership on CFO3 in the East Midlands, West Midlands, and Central England.

The CFO3 the programme is designed to prisoners prepare to re-enter society and become economically active. At fresh start we provide tailored interventions to support resettlement and reduce the conditions that lead to reoffending.

Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL)

RMF works Her Majesty’s prison and probation services to maximise opportunities to support prison leavers’ to successfully reintegrate into the community and to reduce reoffending, helping to ensure safer communities for all.

Working collaboratively with the MOJ, HM prison service, and range of employers, we provide opportunities for prisoners to develop or improve skills, alongside opportunity to gain work experience as part of their resettlement.

Since 2014/15 RMF over 200 prisoners have supported on this programme.

Employment Pathway Programmes

We work with over 15 prisons across South of England, West Midlands and East Midlands to deliver training and support programme to support prison leavers into meaningful employment, supporting effective resettlement on release.

Since August 2019 we have supported over 250 ex-offenders including prison leavers into work through these programmes.
