Reuben Johnson achieved his CSCS card and CPCS in Ride-on-Roller with RMF Training Academy. He notably showed diligence, professionalism, and aptitude throughout his training, taking great pride in his work, which included full marks in his theory test.
Through employability sessions with RMF, he was able to develop a robust CV and succeeded in his interview to become a site traffic marshal for the HS2 project, arranged by RMF’s outcomes team.
He is currently enrolled on the RMF mentoring scheme, staying in regular contact with his employment support coach to update us on his progress and create a plan to guarantee his continual success.
Rueben says: “The future of RMF is a bright one, informing and empowering the minds of young men interested working in construction. I myself am a testimony of that, once I decided to focus and applied what I learned from my tutors at RMF. I secured employment working as a traffic marshal on the HS2 project, and I’m thankful in particular to Layla and Shannon for their encouragement and insights, which have had a great impact. Since I have entered the construction industry, I have learned that having a good demeanour and work ethic does not go unnoticed, and would like to make that clear to anyone looking to enter the industry.
Thanks once again to RMF – keep up the good job.”
