George came to RMF full of verve and personality, and smoothly progressed through his training for his CSCS Labourer’s card, and his CPCS ticket in Articulated Dump Truck, as well as core competencies such as Banksman and Cat and Genny.
Cooperative and hard-working, he worked excellently with our trainers Terry, Stephen and Rob to improve, and moved quickly into work for one of the biggest construction companies in England due to his attainment during his course.
He was full of praise for our employment support coaches, who continue to check on him as he progresses in his role. He now plans to pick up more tickets with RMF in the near future and make himself even more of an asset to any construction site.
