Switching from building plant machinery to operating it
Craig came to RMF with an impressive CV, as a trained mechanical engineer with some experience in diamond drilling. After many years in the field, Craig was seeking a change. Instead of building the engines for plant machinery, he wanted to operate them.
Craig commenced his RMF construction course in March 2023, and went on to achieve his CSCS card, along with his CPCS tickets for Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on-Roller. Throughout his course, Craig’s clear professionalism shined through. He enthusiastically took on all advice and support from our employability team and was able to secure his first construction role with CC Civils within a week of course completion-
